The room was very spacious and well-appointed, with a convenient layout for families. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The bathroom, while generally clean, could use some attention in terms of amenities.

The King Room for mobility access features a roll-in shower and has ample space, making it great for families or those needing extra room for convenience. The modern decor throughout the hotel gives it a fresh, inviting atmosphere that feels quite comfortable.

The evening snack shop lacks a basic selection of adult beverages like beer or wine, which was a letdown considering the remote location of the hotel. This makes it difficult to unwind after a long day without heading to a gas station for a quick fix. Additionally, there were some issues with the water pressure in the shower, which could dampen your bathing experience, especially in the morning rush.

The room was spacious, but my key stopped working multiple times.

i loved our stay at holiday inn express & suites, grand rapids n. everything was super clean and modern, especially our queen room. the staff was so friendly, and they truly went above and beyond! i can't express how grateful we are to bethany for finding and sending back my son's blanket. the breakfast had so many delicious options, much better than just cereal!

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, with a cozy corner that was great for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Bethany, who was incredibly helpful in returning my son's lost blanket. The breakfast was delicious too, with a fantastic selection that went far beyond the usual options!
